You know AI could help your company. You're not sure where, what it costs, or which of the hundred vendors knocking on your door is selling snake oil. That's the problem this service exists for.

We assess your business the way engineers do — by looking at your actual workflows and data, not by pattern-matching your industry to a slide deck. You get a prioritized roadmap of AI opportunities, an honest feasibility verdict for each, and, if you want, a senior team that stays to build it.

Who This Is For

AI Opportunity Scan 2 weeks · fixed scope

A two-week discovery engagement. We interview your stakeholders, map your workflows, and audit your data and systems. You get:

  • A vision document with prioritized AI opportunities, each scored for impact and feasibility
  • An implementation roadmap: what to build, in what order, with what resources
  • An honest verdict on what's realistic — including which ideas to drop

Fixed scope, fixed timeline. Priced on the intro call.

Then We Make It Real

A roadmap nobody executes is a very expensive PDF. After the Scan, we can embed with your team — typically from a few weeks up to 6 months — to guide the transition: building the first systems, setting up evaluation so you know it's working, and training your people to run it without us. We're not here to sell you a platform. We're here to make it work, hand it over, and leave.

Need something built along the way? That's our AI Product Development service. Want your team leveled up while we're at it? See AI Training.

How It Works

1. Intro call

30 minutes, free. You describe the business; we give a first read on where AI is likely to pay off — and where it isn't.

2. Opportunity Scan

Two weeks of interviews, workflow mapping, and data review. Ends with the roadmap and feasibility verdicts, presented to your leadership.

3. Embedded execution

Optional. We join your team to build the top opportunities, measure results, and hand over a working capability — not a report.

FAQ

What if AI turns out to be the wrong answer for our business?

Then the Scan report says exactly that, and it will be the cheapest "no" you ever bought. Roughly a third of the AI ideas we assess are better solved with simpler automation, better data plumbing, or a process change. Telling you this before you spend is the point of the Scan.

How long does an AI transformation engagement take?

The AI Opportunity Scan is 2 weeks, fixed scope. If you decide to act on the roadmap, we embed with your team for anywhere from a few weeks to 6 months, depending on how much you want to build and how fast your team absorbs the new capability.

Do we need our data "ready" before starting?

No. Assessing the state of your data is part of the Scan. Messy, scattered, or incomplete data doesn't disqualify you — it just shapes the roadmap. We're data engineers too; "get the data in order" is often the honest first milestone.

Do we need an in-house AI or data science team?

No. We can be your AI team for the duration of the engagement — building, deploying, and then handing over. If you want in-house capability long-term, we help you decide what to hire for and train the team you have.

How is this different from a big-consultancy AI strategy engagement?

The people doing your assessment are the engineers who would build the result — PhDs who have shipped production AI systems, not analysts working from a template. That means the roadmap is grounded in what's actually buildable, and we can stay to build it.

Is the engagement remote or on-site?

Either. We're remote-first and run most Scans over video calls with async work in between. For kickoffs, workshops, or embedded phases we come on-site when it helps — we have home bases in Brisbane and Berlin and work worldwide.
